humble beginings

Our story started on a backyard patio. We were just a family that loved making food, so we built a homemade wood-fired pizza oven and started throwing pizza parties. The feedback kept getting louder. Friends, family, and even out-of-towners kept pushing us to take it seriously.
So we did.
We built a second wood-fired oven on a trailer and took it on the road, catering graduations, parties, and local events. What started as a hobby turned into something real. Now we’ve planted those patio roots into a brick-and-mortar store, bringing everything we learned along the way with us.
From backyard flames to a full kitchen, this place exists because people believed in us enough to keep showing up hungry.

From Our Oven

Our dough rests for at least 24 hours, creating a light, airy crust with a satisfying crunchy chew.

We source locally whenever possible and prepare our sauce, and dough in‑house. Good food takes time—and we think you can taste it.
